Due to the one-of-a-kind and vintage nature of our inventory, Circa Galerie does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Our collection consists primarily of antique, vintage, and decorative objects that may show age-appropriate wear, patina, minor imperfections, or variations consistent with their history and character. We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each item so buyers may review condition details carefully prior to purchase.

If you have questions about an item before purchasing, please contact us directly through Shopify messaging.

Damages & Shipping Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly through Shopify messaging if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item.

All shipments are insured. In the event of transit damage, please retain all original packaging materials so we may begin an insurance claim review and evaluate the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Because many items are antique, vintage, or otherwise irreplaceable, resolutions may vary depending on the nature of the damage and the availability of restoration, repair, reimbursement through shipping insurance, or other appropriate remedies.

Circa Galerie reserves the right to require signature confirmation on select shipments, particularly for higher-value items.

Condition Disclaimer

Many pieces offered by Circa Galerie are antique or vintage and are sold in as-found condition. Minor wear consistent with age - including light surface wear, craquelure, patina, rubbing to gilding, manufacturing irregularities, or other signs of age - should be expected and are considered part of the character and authenticity of the piece.

We encourage clients to review all photographs and descriptions carefully prior to purchase. Please feel free to message us for more information, a condition report, and/or additional photographs of the item(s) - we're happy to help!
