Shipping Policy

Circa Galerie ships throughout the United States using trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Because many of our items are antique, vintage, fragile, or one-of-a-kind, each order is packed carefully and individually to help ensure safe transit.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted in the product listing.

Certain oversized, delicate, or specialty items may require additional handling time.

Shipping Methods

Shipping carrier selection is determined at the discretion of Circa Galerie based on the size, weight, fragility, value, and destination of the item.

If you have a preferred shipping carrier or delivery service, please contact us through Shopify messaging either before or immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.

Insurance & Delivery

All shipments are insured.

Circa Galerie reserves the right to require signature confirmation on select shipments, particularly for higher-value items.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package promptly upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, buyers must retain all original packaging materials and contact us through Shopify messaging as soon as possible so we may initiate an insurance claim review and determine the appropriate resolution.

To assist with the claims process, please photograph:

  • The exterior shipping box
  • All interior packaging materials
  • Shipping labels
  • The damaged item(s)

Whenever possible, items should be photographed in their original unpacked condition and in as natural and undisturbed a state as possible prior to disposal or repacking.

At Circa Galerie, our goal is always to ensure our clients are happy with their experience. Because many of our pieces are antique, vintage, or one-of-a-kind, each situation is evaluated individually and resolutions may vary depending on the nature of the damage and item availability.

Where appropriate, resolutions may include:

  • Insurance reimbursement
  • Repair or restoration
  • Replacement, if available
  • Exchange or shop credit toward another item
  • Partial or full refund

Each case is handled thoughtfully and on an item-by-item basis.

Vintage & Antique Items

Many items sold by Circa Galerie are antique or vintage and may show signs of age, wear, patina, or historical use consistent with their character and authenticity.

We encourage buyers to review all photographs and item descriptions carefully prior to purchase.

Shipping Delays

Circa Galerie is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

International Orders

International shipping may be available on select items.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their destination country.
